Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken
  • Items without their original packaging
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Gift cards
  • Special promotional items marked as final sale

International Returns

For international orders, the same 30-day return policy applies. However, please note:

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Any import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
  • Return processing time may be longer for international orders
